Return and Refund Policy

After date of receiving product, customer has 30 days to return product to designated return address.
All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as provided below.

If an event is canceled by us or by the venue due to inclement weather or any other force of nature, you will have two options:
- You can apply your ticket to any product available on our website, subject to availability and price difference.
- You can apply your ticket to any future Great Vibe Event, subject to availability and price difference.

To exercise either option, you must contact us within 30 days of the canceled event date, and provide your name, email, phone number, and ticket confirmation number. We will then process your request and issue you a voucher or a credit, as applicable.
