Pick Your Crew
Choose the Shift That Fits You
Sign up for one shift or stay for all three. Times reflect our standard event schedule — our volunteer coordinator confirms details before each event.
2:00 – 4:00 PM
Set-Up Crew
Help us transform the venue — set out tables, decorate for the theme, and get each activity room ready before guests arrive.
4:00 – 7:00 PM
Event Crew
Be in the middle of the fun — greet guests, help at activity stations, serve food, and join the dance floor.
7:00 – 8:00 PM
Clean-Up Crew
Help us wrap up the night — pack supplies, break down tables, and leave the venue better than we found it.
